VRIBETOR SCREEN MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST
1check and ensure without plugin screen meshes daily .
2.check the meshes and clamping bars ,ensure it is tight and are not wom too thin - weekly.
3.inspect all the bolt to see if they are tight -daily.
4.check the screen for proper cleaness between it and structure including the chutes-weekly.
5.check the condition of the motor base for crackes and proper tightness-daily.
6.check the spring and make sure they are not brocken-monthly.
7.check the height of the spring any ensure all are equal -monthly.
8.check that the bolt are tight and are adjusted equaily-daily.
9.check the feed to the screen ,is it centered flowing on to the chute-weekly.
10.check the chute and gates for wear are build up-daily.
11.check the amplitude leveland it is constant value at all sides -weekly.
12.apply the grease 50 grams per bearing in every -100hrs.
13.check the propeller shaft protection cover bolts are tight -weekly.
14.check the screen frames for wear crack in weld and breakege-weekly.
15.check and ensure pulley sleeve ware -weekly.
16.check the motor and screen v-belt-weekly.
NOTE
1.insufficient grease leads to damage the bearing .
2.to much grease can causes over heating and damage bearing .
3.balaceing two sides mesh bolt tighting right and left hand sides of meshes.
